About

Laura Kay Kearney uses a variety of artistic mediums and encourages her creativity through experimentation. Passionate about wildlife and conservation, she frequently creates art inspired by the dependence of human life on the world in which we live, and the flora and fauna with whom we share the planet. Her work has been featured at the Cameron Art Museum, the Enka-Candler Library, the former Beep Beep Gallery, and in the literary arts magazine, Aurora. In addition to art, she enjoys reading, hiking, and writing. She lives in Western North Carolina.
